By accessing, using, or registering for our platform, website, applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Account Creation
  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Platform
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Mindease offers premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are presented within the app at the time of purchase and are governed by the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) terms.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

  • We strive to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may suspend or discontinue services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons
  • We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINDEASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. TERMINATION
